I found this amazing depressed picture of a woman in graphicriver.net . what makes it interesting is, fist of all the creativity behind it and how he found the right picture for the work. I like the way he applied the effect on a specific parts of the body. to me the effect looks like a water splash mixed with glass to produce a life or breathing kind of effect which makes it amazing and exceptional. i will try to practice on my own to see how it turns out, and i urge you all to also try it out and show me your results in the comment section.
